About Zenurture

Finding support should be simple.

Zenurture exists to make it easier to understand where to start with mental health, how to get support and who to trust. We started with the needs of people in Bangladesh, but our goal is to bring simple, reliable mental-health support to many more people.

Why this matters

Support is out there, but knowing where to start can be hard.

People may not know what therapy is, which kind of professional to look for, how a first session works, whether they can speak in a comfortable language, or what will happen to their information.

These may seem like small questions, but they matter a lot when deciding to get help. Knowing the answers may make it a little easier to ask for help. Zenurture wants to make that part easier.

What guides the work

Built around the questions people actually have.

01

Understanding before commitment

People should be able to learn about therapy and browse public resources without an account or pressure to book.

02

Language is part of comfort

Profiles should make language clear. Bangla, English and other language details belong in the practical decision, not in a marketing claim.

03

Trust comes from clarity

Qualifications, session options, fees, privacy and platform processes should be explained. Invented testimonials or numbers cannot do that work.

04

Privacy needs plain words

People should know what information is collected, why it is needed and who can see it. Optional mood information is not automatically shared.

05

Bangladesh and beyond

The service begins from needs in Bangladesh and also considers Bangladeshis living abroad and people from other backgrounds.

06

Access includes not being ready

A useful resource should still help someone who is researching, nervous, unsure or not planning to book at all.

Therapists on Zenurture

Verification should be visible, not implied.

Before a therapist profile is published, Zenurture should confirm the professional information it displays. The exact verification process will be documented here once operational details are final.

Profiles should distinguish verified qualifications and experience from a therapist’s own introduction. Zenurture should also make fees and session formats clear throughout the booking flow.

  1. 01Identity and professional information checked
  2. 02Qualifications described accurately
  3. 03Languages and session formats confirmed
  4. 04Profile copy approved by the therapist

The team

Real people will be introduced here.

No names, biographies or photographs have been invented for this build. This section is ready for the Zenurture team’s verified information and authentic photography.
