Mental-health care, in your language

You don’t have to walk the path of self-care alone.

Reasons people talk

You don’t need a diagnosis to talk to someone

You don’t have to pass a test to talk to a therapist, or prove how much you are struggling. People talk to therapists for many reasons: to get through a hard time, to understand their feelings, or simply to make a little space for themselves.
